About Watersports West

Steve and Mary LeVine built Watersports West on a lifelong love of the water and a family legacy of service. Steve grew up spearfishing beneath the waves, inspired by his father’s service in the United States Navy and his grandfather’s career in the Coast Guard. Mary discovered windsurfing as a teenager and even crafted handmade bikinis before opening her first surf shop. Together they opened Watersports West in July 2001. Today their family owned store offers the best hard goods and carefully selected soft goods, all backed by friendly expert service.

Just purchased 2 Pelican kayaks from them and couldn’t be happier. Great service and perfect price. Wish I knew (remembered) the guy’s name that helped us so I could give him a shout out. He had the kayaks outside waiting for us so we could check them out as soon as we arrived. He loaded them onto the truck for us, tied them down, and taught us a nice trick for keeping them secure at the same time. Highly recommend! Thank you!
